May be used in some recipes during cooking; may be added to hot beverages, freshly squeezed citrus juice or desserts to enhance sweetness.  Add a tiny pinch according to taste to goods or beverages.

Stevia is approximately 200 times sweeter than sugar so only a very small amount is required.
