Lotus Guar Gum 100g - is used to replace gluten in baked goods using flours such as rice, maize, potato, tapioca, etc. These are flours used by people who are gluten intolerant. Gluten is a protein found in oats, wheat, rye and barley. It gives these types of flours structure and elasticity.
