  • The Binalong is flecked with wakame seaweed which is certified organic and hand dived from sustainably managed introduced populations on the stunning south east coast of Tasmania.
  • Coal River is dusted with fennel pollen that has been carefully harvested from fennel flowers foraged in the picturesque Coal River Valley. This cheese has a mild and sweet fennel flavour.
  • Cold smoking with Tasmanian applewood (selected only from spray-free orchards) gives the Gladstone cheese a fruity note that makes it perfect for a cheeseboard.
  • Kunanyi is dusted with native Tasmanian pepperberry or mountain pepper. With its distinctive fragrance and warmth, try this crumbled over a salad of roasted beetroot with pomegranate molasses glaze!
  • Launceston blue vein will totally change your perception of what plant based cheese can be. Yes, it's deliciously smooth and creamy but it's the taste that will really wow you. The P. roqueforti delivers a real hit of blue vein flavour helped along with a wash of Tasmanian stout. 
  • At just around 7 days old when packed, St Clair is a soft, tangy cheese, delicious spread on a cracker, but also a fantastic base for a creamy mushroom stroganoff or alfredo pasta sauce.
  • The fresh creamy Van Diemen is dusted with ash. This gives a lovely mellow flavour while also creating a dramatic appearance. Try it on bruschetta or crumble some over a rocket salad with caramelised pears and toasted walnuts.

Refrigerated and frozen items are only shipped within South Australia via courier or Express Post and are sent with ice packs. To ensure quickest delivery, orders containing cold items will be left at the address if no one is home.
