Mango Miso Rice Paper Wraps
1 cup steamed cauli
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup grated zucchini, carrot, cabbage plus spinach.
8 rice wraps
In a bowl, coat cauli with vinegar and turmeric
Moisten the rice paper wraps, assemble ingredients centrally and fold in the edges securely.
Mango Miso Dressing
Makes 1/2 cup
1 tbsp brown rice miso
1 inch ginger
2 tbsp tamari
